I do grocery shopping every two weeks. I make a meal plan (or try to), and buy everything needed for the meals for those two weeks. This week, I ventured out into new territory and bought lots of new ingredients (that interestingly, ended up being almost all cheese...).
I bought gorgonzola. Or is it Gorgonzola? Are you supposed to capitalize the name of cheeses?
Only fancy cheeses? ...Just kidding. Maybe.
A block of parmesan. "Peeling" parmesan is fun. The first time I peeled parmesan was for our wedding open house. It was awesome.
Fig spread. What?
Fresh mozzarella. Yummy. And squishy!
And prosciutto! It was an exciting day.
The majority of these ingredients went to make Pioneer Woman's Fig-Prosciutto Pizza with Arugula. I watched PW herself make it on her new cooking show. My mother-in-law records it for me. :) I feel special.
Pizza to be revealed in the near future.

I love you guys! And it's so nice that you link my blog from yours. But don't you think I look awfully lonely there next to all your married friends with their couple blogs? Haha.
