Windy, Warm, and Fiery

Will and I went to check the mail yesterday afternoon and saw this:

While we've loved the warm weather, the combination of heat, wind, and a lack of rain has been an issue in the Denver area.  We didn't realize it then, but this cloud is from a big wildfire just outside the metro.

There was also a house that burnt down a few miles down the road.  Whoa.

By the time Grant got home the entire sky was filled with smoke.  It even looked hazy inside our house, and Grant's clothes all smell like campfire now.

We may have to do a rain dance.  

A rain boogie?  

A rain jig?  

A rain macarena...
